At SDS Logo, our priority is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If, for any reason, you wish to return items you have purchased, please follow these steps:

1. Email sales@sds-logo.com with your order number, stating the reason for the return of the goods.
2. Upon receiving your email, our team manager will provide you with a return form. This form must be completed and sent along with the returned items.
3. Please ensure that the items are returned to us in their original packaging at the following address: Yenidogan Mail. 45/1 Street No: 6/C, 34229, Zeytinbur  Istanbul, Turkey.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage from the Post Office to ensure the safe return of the garments. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the items are safely returned to the above address.

Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will process your refund. Please allow up to ten working days for the refund to be completed.

Please note the following conditions for returned items:

• Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
• Items must be in unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached, and in resalable condition.
• Customised, embroidered, bespoke, or altered items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described.

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will provide a full refund of the item's price. However, please follow the above return instructions if the items have already been shipped.

Please note that returns of goods received after 14 days will only be processed if the items are faulty.

Customised Items

We will replace any customised item if it is faulty or if we have made an error. However, we only offer returns or refunds on custom items with manufacturing faults or mistakes. We strongly advise checking the sizing information before placing your order, as sizes may vary among different manufacturers. Please review the sizing information provided for each product to ensure an accurate fit.

For blank products (non-customized), you may return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item cost. Please contact our customer services team with your order number, and they will provide further instructions on returning blank items.

Refund Policy

At SDS Logo, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality personalised and customised items. Once your logo has been approved and our staff has customised the products, we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or facilitate exchanges on personalised or customised items.

We take great care in inspecting our products before shipping them to you. However, in the rare event that up to 5% of your order is defective, please notify us and return only the faulty products in their original condition (unused and unworn) for a prompt credit, exchange, or full refund. 

Our commitment to customer service excellence means we will handle these cases with friendliness and efficiency, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

Please note that any personalised or customised items, except for an incorrect embroidered logo, are non-returnable and non-refundable. If a wrong logo has been embroidered, we will gladly rectify the issue by re-running the items once we receive the original merchandise back. However, we cannot issue refunds for misprinted or miss embroidered items. We prioritise providing you with a re-run of the order to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Once we ship your products via our trusted carriers, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or lost packages. If the carrier confirms the delivery of the merchandise, we regretfully cannot issue refunds for lost packages. It is important to note that you will be responsible for paying for any lost parcels. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.

Cancellation policy

At SDS Logo, we understand that circumstances may arise where you must cancel your order. Please take note of our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process:

To cancel your order, please submit a written cancellation request via email to sales@sds-logo.com by the end of the same business day you placed your order.

We offer a 24-hour grace period from the time of order placement for a full refund. If you cancel your order after the 24-hour grace period, a restocking fee of 50% will be charged on all products included in the invoice amount.

For cancellations requested after 48 hours, a restocking fee of 80% of the entire invoice amount will be applied, along with any applicable customisation fees if our design staff has already digitised your design.

Please note that after 15 days from the date of order placement, no cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for customised or blank items. We are only able to provide refunds within this time frame.

Once your logo has been approved and our staff has customised the products, personalised and customised items cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.

We kindly request that all cancellation or change requests be submitted by the end of the same business day the order was placed. This allows us to process your request promptly and provide the best possible service.
